About Me

I'm an audio producer interested in arts, culture and politics.

I've made programmes for BBC Radio 4, 3, and the World Service and assisted on podcasts for BBC Sounds, the Economist, Canadaland and Ochenta Studios. I was nominated for Best Arts Producer at the 2021 APAs and my sound recordings feature on Robert Macfarlane's forthcoming Spell Songs 2.

I have a PhD from the University of Exeter and wrote my thesis on women writers and the early BBC. I dived into the archives to discover how women such as Vita Sackville-West, Una Marson, and Elizabeth Bowen changed broadcasting practices from the inside out.

I now live on a farm in the Dordogne, where we have planted 300 heritage apple trees. We're waiting for them to grow enough to be able to make cider.
